Is smoking allowed on the premises?
Smoking tobacco is allowed in designated areas outside the buildings.
Are clients allowed to wear jewelry or cosmetics?
Wedding rings and wrist watches are the only jewelry allowed. Cosmetics are permitted in moderation, but could be prohibited by your counselor.
Are clients allowed to watch television or read for pleasure?
Televised programs are permitted on special occasions with staff approval. Books for pleasure also require staff approval.
Can a person bring their vehicle and keep it at rehab?
Yes, but you must surrender your keys to the staff, and you will not be permitted to go to your vehicle while in rehab. Your keys will be returned when you are discharged.
Are visitors allowed while I am in rehab?
Yes, immediate family and legally married spouses approved by staff can visit on weekends. Female visitation is 2pm to 4pm on Saturday and male visitation is 2pm to 4pm on Sunday.
Are soft drinks and candy allowed?
Yes, vending machines are located on the premises.
Are clients allowed to use the phone?
Yes, after admission a client is allowed to make one phone call to inform family they are alright and it will be 5 days before they can use the phone again. After the 5 days, clients are allowed a 10 minute call each day during leisure time. Other calls (atty, po, etc) can be made with staff approval.
How can I be helped if all my friends are using drugs?
All relationships (family, friends, spouses, etc.) must be evaluated for the level of support they will provide to your recovery. A strong support system is vital for success.
